High Forest Kennels was created because of our passion for hunting with dogs. Our first dog was ATFA Gr Sq Ch Stagg's George and he taught me what a squirrel dog should be!!!

I partnered with long time friend of 20 + years and we build a top of the line kennel. One turned out to be a great dog and one never did. When I returned from college and started a family, my preacher gave me two Barger feists.

I started squirrel hunting as a young child, and fell in love with the sport.
